Automatic profile posting
Purpose
Enable posting to personal profiles (walls) by schedule and account level — the Server creates tasks; the desktop app posts through the linked browser profile.
You can:
- Post from FB settings (posts per day and time windows by level), or
- Combine AI Posts so the Server generates content and attaches it to the profile posting flow.
Before you start
- Accounts exist under Facebook > Accounts, ready status, correct browser profile.
- Accounts have a suitable level (usually one that allows posting — see System Configuration).
- The desktop app is connected (and will start automation when you need real posts).
On the Management Website
Automation settings > FB settings — profile post options by level.
Monitor results under Facebook > Tasks (profile post type).
Two ways to operate

Steps
A. Post from FB settings
- Open Automation settings > FB settings.
- Select the level assigned to the accounts that should post.
- In Profile Post, enable the feature and set:
- Posts per day appropriate for that level.
- Daily time window.
- Save.
- Confirm accounts use that level under Facebook > Accounts.
- Wait for a schedule cycle; open Facebook > Tasks and filter waiting profile-post tasks.
- On the machine: Start automation — see Run Automation.
B. Combine with AI Posts
- Complete step A (level allows posting).
- Follow AI Posts.
- Monitor Data > Posts and Facebook > Tasks.
- Keep the machine running automation so posts actually go to Facebook.
Expected outcome
Profile-post tasks appear on schedule; when the machine is online and automation is running, posts are published to the linked account’s wall.
Common issues
