Automatic group joining
Purpose
Automatically send Facebook Group join requests by account level and schedule in FB settings. The Server creates join tasks; the desktop app opens the browser profile and joins.
After joining (and once the group is approved in your list), the account can be used for group posts / comments according to your other settings.
Before you start
- Accounts have a level that allows joining groups (see System Configuration).
- Target groups exist on the website — prefer approved, high-quality groups: Approve and manage Groups.
- Browser profiles are linked correctly; the app will run automation when you need real joins.
- Do not spike join volume suddenly — Facebook may ask for verification.
On the Management Website

Steps
- Open Automation settings > FB settings.
- Select the level for accounts that will join groups.
- In Join groups (or equivalent), set:
- Max groups an account may attach to (if shown).
- Joins per day.
- Delay (minutes) between joins.
- Join-result check count after sending a request (if shown).
- Save.
- Under Groups: add or approve groups to join; remove unsuitable ones.
- Assign the correct level on Facebook > Accounts.
- Wait for scheduled tasks; check Facebook > Tasks.
- On the machine: Start automation — Run Automation.
- After a successful join, confirm the Joined badge on the group list / account–group link.
Expected result
Join tasks appear on schedule; an online machine sends join requests; status updates on the website. Some groups need admin approval — it may take time before status becomes Joined.
Common issues
| Symptom | Hint |

| No join tasks | Check join enabled per level; time window; account level |
| Join sent but never “Joined” | Facebook may still be reviewing; wait and recheck; do not spam joins |
| Many errors / checkpoints | Lower joins per day and raise delay; complete verification manually in the browser profile |
| Joined the wrong group | Review approved groups; reject / remove unused groups |
