AI Manager — content routing

Purpose

AI Manager routes AI configuration (instructions / context) by campaign — usually by hashtag — instead of one prompt for everything.

Use it when you run many topics in parallel.

Before you start

• You already use AI Posts or Post Assistants.
• Campaign hashtags are clear (see Fanpage from source).
• AI provider is ready; keep secrets off public docs and videos.

On the Management Website

Open AI Manager (under Facebook / AI settings, depending on UI).

Action	Meaning
Create a rule	Attach a hashtag or campaign condition
Choose instructions	Prompt / system instruction for that topic
Test	Confirm the provider responds (hide API keys on screen)

Suggested steps

1. List hashtags/campaigns that need separate voices.
2. Create one AI Manager rule per hashtag.
3. Attach matching AI instructions.
4. Run a short test — confirm on-topic output.
5. Let content flows use matching hashtags.

Notes

• Overlapping rules or mismatched hashtags produce the wrong voice.
• AI Manager does not publish posts by itself.
