Account and Fanpage Workflows
Purpose
A workflow groups multiple automation activities (posting, feed, video, group interactions…) in one configuration, with a separate schedule per activity. Unlike level-based FB settings (one shared schedule style per task type), workflows are more flexible for campaigns.
Two kinds:
| Kind | Targets | Example activities |
|---|---|---|
| Fanpage Workflow | Fanpage list, tags, or hashtags | Post to page, post to group from page, feed, video |
| Account Workflow | Level, hashtags, tags, or account list | Profile post, group post, feed, video, group interact |
Before you start
- Finish Series A (Connected, ready accounts).
- Know basic profile / fanpage posting.
- Target fanpages or accounts have the correct browser profiles.
On the Management Website
| Workflow | Main steps |
|---|---|
| Fanpage Workflow | Create → choose targeting (fanpages / tags / hashtags) → enable needed activities → set per-activity schedules → save and activate |
| Account Workflow | Create → choose targeting (level / hashtags / tags / accounts) → enable activities + schedules → save and activate |
Menu labels may vary slightly by package UI.
Suggested steps
- Create a workflow with a clear campaign name.
- Pick a targeting mode (keep scope small on day one).
- Enable only the activities you need.
- Set a schedule per enabled activity.
- Save and turn the workflow active.
- Monitor under Facebook > Tasks; start automation on the desktop app.
Turning a workflow off safely
If you disable a workflow while tasks are still pending/processing, the Website may ask you to confirm cancellation. Read the dialog before confirming.
Notes
- Workflows still require a Connected machine and antidetect browser.
