Manage Fanpages
Purpose
Review and select fanpages you are allowed to operate before creating fanpage (or fanpage→group) schedules / tasks. Confirm the right page and linked accounts are ready, then run automation.
Before you start
- Use only fanpages you are allowed to operate.
- Linked accounts already exist under Facebook > Accounts with the correct browser profile.
- Do not send page tokens, passwords, or unredacted screenshots to support.
On the Management Website
Facebook > Fanpages (or the equivalent Fanpage area in your UI).
Steps
- Open Facebook > Fanpages.
- Find the page by name, filters, or operations group on screen.
- Confirm it is the correct page and ready for tasks.
- Check related accounts / links before creating tasks.
- If posting into a group: confirm the fanpage–group link and that the group is approved — Approve and manage Groups.
- Continue with schedules / tasks via Automatic fanpage posting or Fanpage posts from crawled sources.
- Monitor results under Facebook > Tasks.
Expected result
The fanpage list matches your goals; linked accounts are ready; post tasks (timeline or group) target the correct page.
Common issues
