Task statuses
Purpose
Explain common task status groups under Facebook > Tasks so you know when to wait, retry, cancel, check the machine, or contact support. Exact labels may vary slightly by version.

Common statuses
| Status group | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending / waiting | Created; waiting for the right conditions | Check schedule, account, machine Connected and automation running |
| Scheduled for later | Runs at a later time | Wait for the time or adjust the schedule |
| Running / processing | Machine / system is working on it | Monitor; do not spike concurrency; avoid closing the app |
| Completed | Finished | Review the website result if needed |
| Failed / error | Did not complete | Read the detail message; check account / machine / browser; retry if appropriate |
| Canceled | Stopped by user action or process | Create a new task if you still need it |
| Expired | Outside a suitable time window | Recreate with a better schedule / condition |
Before you retry
- Account status is still suitable — Account statuses.
- The app is Connected and Start automation was clicked.
- The antidetect browser can open a test profile.
- Lower concurrency if the machine is slow, browsers crash, or many tasks fail together.
- Retry only when you understand the operational cause or support asks you to.
When contacting support
Send the task ID (if shown), current status, time, related account, and redacted screenshots / logs. Do not send passwords, tokens, proxies, or verification codes.
