Notifications (Telegram and other channels)
Purpose
Receive alerts / events outside the Website — most often Telegram (and other supported channels such as Discord, depending on your package).
Helps you avoid watching Facebook > Tasks all day for important account or client events.
Before you start
- You have a Telegram bot (or other channel webhook) you control.
- Permission to configure the Management Website.
- Never share bot tokens / webhooks publicly.
On the Management Website
Open Facebook notification channel settings:
- Choose the primary provider (Telegram…).
- Enter token / chat / topic or webhook as required.
- Send a test message.
- Save.
Some packages also expose a legacy Telegram screen — prefer one primary config to avoid duplicates.
Suggested steps
- Create a bot and keep the token private.
- Add the bot to the destination group/channel if needed.
- Paste config into the Website → Test.
- Confirm delivery, then rely on the channel for ops.
Notes
- A leaked token means you should rotate it immediately.
- Notifications do not replace task monitoring for detailed troubleshooting.
