Troubleshooting
Common issues when operating KKAuto. Before contacting support, have the following ready: website address, machine name (if applicable), account ID, and task ID (if applicable) — do not send your password.
Cannot log in to the Management Website
- Check that you are using the correct website address.
- Try resetting your password following the KKAuto instructions.
- Clear your browser cache or open an incognito / private window.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, complete the verification step.
Desktop app cannot connect to the Server
- Website address is correct (starts with
https://...). - Network and firewall are not blocking the connection.
- Log out and log back in.
- Update the app to the latest version recommended by KKAuto.
Tasks stuck in pending and never run
- Desktop app is connected and automation is running.
- Accounts show ready status under Facebook > Accounts.
- Browser profiles are correctly linked.
- Reduce the parallel task count; confirm there are pending tasks under Tasks.
Batch task / account errors
- Stop automation first.
- Check that the browser application is running.
- If Facebook requests verification for an account → handle it manually in the browser profile; do not increase the parallel task count.
- Read the error message on the task detail page.
AI Posts not generating content
- Check the AI connection under FB settings.
- Check hashtags, products, and the AI Post type.
