Account statuses
Purpose
Understand common Facebook account statuses on the website so you know when an account can receive tasks, when it needs login / manual verification, and when to stop assigning new work.
Exact labels may vary slightly by UI version — use the table below as meaning groups.
Common statuses
| Status (examples) | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Ready / Live | Account is ready for tasks matching its level | Use it if the machine is Connected and the browser profile is stable |
| Login required | Facebook session expired / needs login | Open the browser profile and sign in again; do not create many new tasks |
| Checkpoint / manual verification | Facebook requires verification | Complete the step in the browser; do not raise concurrency to “bypass” |
| Error | Latest run or account is in error | Read the message; check machine and browser; fix the cause before retrying |
| Blocked / suspended / disabled | Account is not usable for automation | Stop assigning new tasks; follow support guidance |
| Unknown / detecting | Not enough recent information | Refresh the list; check the machine is connected; wait for the next check |

Before creating or running tasks
- Prefer ready / live accounts.
- Do not push many new tasks to accounts that need login or checkpoint.
- If many accounts move to error together: stop automation, check the app and browser, lower concurrency.
- Distinguish primary posters from Seeding accounts — Seeding and engagement warming.
When to contact support
Use KKAuto > Support when many accounts repeat the same error, when you are unsure whether to retry, or when status does not change after login / manual verification. Redact UIDs, emails, passwords, proxies, and verification codes before sending screenshots.
