System Onboarding

Purpose

Groups first-time configuration into one five-step flow instead of hunting through menus. Each step writes real records through the same API as the matching management screen — so those screens already hold what the flow saved, and nothing has to be entered twice.

This page covers the flow and the order. What each setting means lives in its own guide, linked at the end of every step.

• The page opens full screen (the left menu is hidden) to keep you focused.
• Steps already unlocked are clickable; a locked step shows "Finish the previous step to unlock this one."
• Every step saves the moment you press its final button — leaving the page mid-way does not lose what was already saved.

The five steps

Step by step

Step 1 — System configuration

Three small jobs in order; the right-hand column always shows Setup summary so you can see what is still missing.

1.1. AI Provider & AI Decisions

1. Press Enter API token (AI Provider) → pick the API type, name the configuration, pick the default model, paste the token.
2. Press Test & save token — the system calls the API before saving.
3. AI Decisions stays locked until AI Provider is connected (message "Add the AI Provider token first."). Then press Enter API token (AI Decisions) and repeat.
4. The Guide link opens the provider's API registration page.

Tokens are stored per tenant and visible only to users with the FB settings permission. How to obtain each token: External API setup.

1.2. Business profile for AI

1. Press Quick industry presets if one fits, otherwise type the industry / product, the target customers & brand voice, then pick the priorities.
2. Press Let AI draft the business guide — the AI writes the tenant-wide guide.
3. Not happy yet? Press Ask AI to refine and describe what should change.
4. Press Confirm business profile & generate hashtags (Step 3).

1.3. Generate hashtags

1. The AI generates the list; press Regenerate with AI to start over.
2. Edit Hashtag / Category / Description / AI Instruction / Train Instruction directly.
3. Deselect the hashtags you do not need.
4. Press Confirm hashtags & view summary (Step 4).

1.4. Step summary

Four items — AI Provider / AI Decisions / Business / Hashtags; any missing one has a button back to that part. When everything is there, press Continue to Step 2 (AI content creation).

Step 2 — AI content creation

2.1. Product

1. Enter the product description → Analyze with AI (the AI asks until it has enough) or Enter manually, skip AI.
2. When the interview is done, press Confirm & create draft now.
3. Review Product name / Price / Description / Category / Hashtag, then press Save product & hashtag.
4. Product images are optional — you can skip them.

2.2. Seeding comment AI

1. Name the configuration, pick the comment surfaces (posts / groups), write the seeding description.
2. Press Generate the seeding script with AI, then review the script branches.
3. Press Test script with a sample post — the server runs exactly the steps the client will run and returns a real result.
4. On success, press Save, test & activate.

2.3. Post assistant AI

1. Set the assistant title, pick Post to (All / Groups / Profile / Fanpage), set posts per run.
2. Press Generate the writing guidance with AI.
3. Press Save & verify everything.

2.4. Verify

The system checks four pillars: Hashtag AI, Product & category, Comment AI (seeding), Post assistant AI. Anything missing carries a Fix this step button. The conditions that fail most often:

• The hashtag is active, auto label is on, and it has an AI Instruction / Train Instruction.
• The product has Allow post on and belongs to a category.
• The comment AI passed its test and is activated.

With all four ready, press Continue to Step 3 (Account operations).

Step 3 — Account operations

3.1. Automation workflow

1. Name the workflow, pick what it applies to: Account level or Hashtags.
2. Turn on the activities you need: Post profile, Scroll reels, Feed interaction, Scroll group, Post group.
3. Set the time windows.
4. Press Save workflow & continue.

3.2. KKAuto

1. Download KKAuto, paste the Server URL shown on screen, sign in with the admin account.
2. Press Check KKAuto connection until you see "Connected to the system".

3.3. KKLogin

1. In KKAuto: Settings → Browser Profile → pick KKLogin.
2. Turn on Cloud Sync and paste the Cloud URL.
3. Enable the Local API on 127.0.0.1:55888; paste the Local API token if KKLogin asks for one.
4. Press Check KKLogin connection — the state shows synced machines / profiles / devices.

3.4. First Facebook account

1. Enter Email or Facebook UID, Password, 2FA secret, Proxy, Level, Hashtags.
2. Press Save account & continue.
3. Press Create the KKLogin browser, then Open the KKLogin browser to sign in to Facebook.
4. Set the account live.

With all four items ready, press Continue to Step 4 (Group seeding).

Step 4 — Group seeding

4.1. Group

1. Press Pick an existing group or Add a new group (group link or UID + group name).
2. Enable the modes: Post into the group and/or Browse the group and run the comment script.
3. Attach the Group hashtags — hashtags decide which product/content the group receives, and the seeding account must carry the same hashtags.
4. Press Save group & continue.

A group whose link is only a slug also needs the numeric Group UID — the client uses it to join and post.

4.2. Posting account

Pick an existing account or add one → create/open the KKLogin browser → set it live.

4.3. Seeding account

Add a separate seeding account, give it the same hashtags as the group, and mark it as an existing member or let the system join it. There is a Skip this step button — the group is still saved, but seeding cannot run yet.

4.4. Readiness check

Four items: Seeding group, Posting account, Seeding account, Group membership.

Step 5 — Summary & welcome

The system re-checks the data from the four steps on its own.

• Missing items show Go back to this step plus Check again.
• View details opens the detail table and the Live accounts count.
• When everything is complete you see "Welcome to KKAuto!" and the Open the dashboard button (disabled until the summary passes).

Common issues

Symptom	Suggested action
Token rejected or the test fails	Reopen the configuration modal and paste the token again; see External API setup
AI Decisions is locked	Connect AI Provider first
KKAuto is not reporting in	Check the Server URL and sign in again with the admin account
KKLogin is not connected	Check the Cloud URL, the Local API on 127.0.0.1:55888, and the Local API token
Group is missing its numeric UID	Add the numeric UID for a slug-only group link
Open the dashboard is disabled	A summary item is still incomplete — press Go back to this step
