Automatic fanpage posting
Publishing from crawled sources?
If content comes from Source crawlers → Create Auto Posts → fanpage schedule by hashtag, use Fanpage posts from crawled sources — not the AI Posts flow below.
Purpose
Publish content to fanpages you are allowed to operate. You can create posting tasks manually or combine AI Posts so the Server generates content → creates tasks → the machine posts to the page.
Typical AI flow:
- Configure AI Posts on the website.
- The Server creates content and fanpage-post tasks on schedule.
- The desktop app receives tasks and posts through the account / profile linked to the fanpage.
Before you start
- The fanpage is the correct page, in the right operation group, and ready for tasks (Facebook > Fanpages or equivalent on the website).
- Linked accounts are in a suitable status; browser profiles are correct.
- Create or run tasks only for fanpages you are allowed to operate.
- If using AI: AI connection tested; matching data sources ready (products, hashtags, videos…).
- The desktop app will be connected and running automation when you need real posts.
On the Management Website

Steps
A. Fanpage posts with AI content
- Confirm the fanpage and linked accounts are ready.
- Open Automation settings > AI Posts — create a configuration (product / engagement / video) per the AI Posts guide.
- Choose accounts or groups that match the fanpage you want to post to.
- Set the schedule, Save, and enable.
- Use preview / test on the form (if available) before running for real.
- Monitor posts and tasks under Data > Posts and Facebook > Tasks.
- On the machine: Start automation — Run Automation.
B. Manual fanpage-post tasks (optional)
Some plans allow creating fanpage-post tasks by hand on the website (outside the AI schedule):
- Open the Fanpages or Tasks area.
- Select the fanpage to post to.
- Choose the fanpage-post task type shown on screen.
- Select account / content / timing as the form requires.
- Review fanpage, content, and account before creating.
- Make sure the machine is connected and running automation.
Expected outcome
Content (AI or manual) is ready; fanpage-post tasks appear; when automation is running, posts go live on the correct fanpage.
Common issues
