Post Assistants

Purpose

Post Assistants are Website “helpers” that create posts on a schedule from instructions (prompts), optionally with image/video/product sources. Unlike AI Posts, you configure separate assistants (multiple campaigns / voices).

Before you start

• An AI provider is configured (never share API keys publicly).
• Know whether generated posts feed profile, fanpage, or another flow.
• Use a campaign hashtag when the assistant is topic-scoped.

On the Management Website

Open Post Assistants (under Facebook / Posts, depending on your UI).

You can:

• Create/edit an assistant: name, content instructions, generation schedule
• Choose media or product sources when used
• Preview / test one post before large schedules
• Review created posts under Data > Posts (or equivalent)

Suggested steps

1. Create an assistant named after the campaign.
2. Write clear instructions: tone, topic, what to avoid.
3. Attach media/product sources if needed.
4. Preview / test one post — refine the prompt.
5. Enable the recurring schedule.
6. Connect posts to publishing flows (Profile, Fanpage, Workflow).
