Group comments by playbook
Purpose
Automatically comment in Facebook groups according to an operations playbook you configure — not custom code. A playbook includes:
- Account level and time windows in FB settings
- Allowed volume / type of group-comment interactions
- Prepared content or AI group comments (if your plan supports it)
- Work only with approved groups in your group list
The Server creates tasks on schedule; the desktop app opens the browser profile and comments.
Before you start
- Accounts have a level that allows group comments / interaction (see System Configuration).
- You have approved groups in the website group management area (the system only interacts with approved groups).
- Browser profiles are linked correctly; the app will run automation when you need real comments.
- If using AI comments: AI connection / related AI settings on the website are verified.
On the Management Website
| Area | What to do |
|---|---|
| Automation settings > FB settings | Enable / tune Group Comment by level (volume, time window) |
| Groups | Approve or add groups; keep only quality targets |
| AI (if available — e.g. AI group comment) | Context-aware comment sources |
| Facebook > Tasks | Monitor group comment / interaction tasks |
What does “playbook” mean?
It is the combination of level + schedule + content/AI + approved group list — not a separate script file. Changing the playbook means editing those website settings and saving.
Steps
- Open Automation settings > FB settings.
- Select the level for accounts that should comment.
- In Group Comment (or group interaction / browse & comment on the UI), enable the feature and set:
- Daily comment / interaction volume suitable for the level.
- Active time window.
- Save.
- Under Groups: add or approve target groups; reject unsuitable ones.
- (Optional) Configure AI group comments if you use AI instead of fixed templates — follow on-screen AI Manager / AI settings help.
- Assign the correct level under Facebook > Accounts.
- Wait for the schedule to create tasks; check Facebook > Tasks.
- On the machine: Start automation — Run Automation.
Expected outcome
Group comment / interaction tasks appear on schedule; an online machine runs them on approved groups; status updates on the website.
Common issues
| Symptom | Suggestion |
|---|---|
| No comment tasks | Enable Group Comment for the level; check time window and account level |
| Tasks exist but no comments | Automation off; group not approved; wrong browser profile |
| Wrong group / off-topic comments | Review approved groups and AI / template settings |
| Many errors or checkpoints | Lower daily volume; complete verification manually; do not spike concurrency |
